A computer numerical control machine for manipulator-based fully automated material loading and unloading, comprising: a computer numerical control machine body (1) and, respectively and discretely arranged on the computer numerical control machine body (1), a material shelf, an air suction platform (4), and a manipulator (2). The computer numerical control machine also comprises a work actuating mechanism electrically connected respectively to the computer numerical control machine body (1) and to the manipulator (2). The manipulator (2), driven by the work actuating mechanism, is used for moving according to a first preset movement trajectory a product to be processed that is placed on the material shelf to the air suction platform (4) for attachment. The computer numerical control machine body (1), driven by the work actuating mechanism, is used for processing the product to be processed that is attached to the air suction platform so as to produce a final product. The manipulator (2) is also used for moving the final product into the material shelf according to a second movement trajectory. The described processes of moving and processing the product are completed by components such as the computer numerical control machine body and the manipulator working in tandem, the need for manual operation is obviated.
