卧式数控机床主轴系统热特性测试及研究

         

摘要

The thermal characteristics of the spindle system of CNC machine tool have become one of the main factors influencing the machining accuracy of the machine tool, and it is necessary to study the thermal characteristics of the spindle system of CNC machine tools. To AH130 horizontal boring and milling ma-chine as the research object, analyzes the numerical control machine tool thermal deformation mechanism of the CNC machine tool thermal deformation is described, build the spindle thermal characteristic test experi-ment, using the infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology of FLIR, laser triangulation ranging technology measured spindle box temperature field distribution and main thermal deformation. Ex-perimental studies have found that the main shaft back closer to the main shaft on its temperature rise faster, and X, Y, Z direction of the spindle elongation direction deformation, research on the optimization of nc ma-chine tool spindle system design and further thermal analysis provides the effective support.%数控机床主轴系统的热特性成为影响机床加工精度的主要因素之一,有必要对数控机床主轴系统的热特性进行相关的研究.以AH130卧式镗铣床为研究对象,分析了数控机床的热变形机理,对数控机床热变形进行了描述,构建了机床主轴热特性测试实验,利用FLIR红外热像仪测温技术、激光三角测距技术测得机床主轴箱温度场分布以及主轴热变形.实验研究发现,主轴上越靠近主轴后部其温升越快,并且主轴Z方向的伸长量大于X、Y方向的变形量,研究工作对数控机床主轴系统的优化设计以及进一步热分析提供了有效的支持.
