以ANP网络层次分析为基础对移动网络建设发展的两步法决策研究

摘要

本文将网络层次分析方法（ANP）应用于某省移动网络建设发展的总体投资评估的决策,主要将两年24个指标的投资与效果进行了对比分析,从中揭示了网络总体进展的复杂关系的真实情况,发现了影响企业可持续发展的关键问题。以其为基础、进而对关键问题再结合其它方法,进行第二步深入挖掘分析,最后给出相关的解决措施与建议,成为网络建设发展指导有重要作用的若干成果。%This article introduced the application of ANP network-level analysis in the investment appraisal of a provincial mobile network.The analysis revealed the complex relationship of the real situation and found the key element shaving impacts on the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on that and combined with other methods,furthe rand in-depth analysis of performance data was made,while solution and recommendations were proposed.The research and conclusions had been highly regarded by an authoritative industry group.
