基于自动旋转脱螺纹的红酒瓶盖注塑模具设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the difficult problem of mold release caused by more internal threads of red wine bottle cap,a set of injection mould for red wine bottle cap was designed based on the shape and structure of red wine bottle cap.In the process of design analysis,the structure of"oil cylinder+rack+gear"is used to design the mould.In this mould structure,hydraulic power is used based on the working principle of injection mould.The mould design adopts the structure of the secondary ejection.In the process of stripping,the thread is guided by the guide nut,and the dis-engagement of the plastic part is completed by the side rotating edge.The ultimate deformable work is achieved through a catheter.The second type of die structure is adopted,and the design i-dea is novel,and it can also effectively alleviate the problems caused by the over-tightening of the plastic parts.%针对红酒瓶盖具有较多的内螺纹而导致脱模困难的问题,根据红酒瓶盖的形状结构,设计了一套基于自动旋转脱螺纹的红酒瓶盖注塑模具.在设计分析的过程中,采用"油缸+齿条+齿轮"结构进行模具设计.在该模具结构中,采用液压动力,并依据注塑模的工作原理进行打造.模具设计时采用二次脱模的结构,在进行脱模的过程中,螺纹芯片依循导向螺母的引导,边旋转边完成塑件的脱离工作.其最终脱模工作的实现通过导管推出达成.采用的二次脱模结构,设计思路新颖,而且还能够有效缓解因塑件包紧力过大而带来的一系列问题.
