Objective It is to observed the preventing efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction with low-dose aspirin and clo-pidogrel on restenosis in senile carotid stenosis stenting from restenosis. Methods 54 patients with carotid artery stenosis stent implantation were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction intervention, with oral low-dose aspirin and clopidogrel; the control group was only treated with conventional western medicine( high dose aspirin and clopidogrel). They were all treated for 6 months, and their complications, the plasma levels of homocysteine ( Hcy ) and the parameters of carotid ultrasound after 14 days and 6 months were respectively observed. Results The complications of the treatment group was less than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference in the stent segment vascular blood flow velocity and pulsatility index between the treatment group and the control group. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction with low dosage of western medicine has a good preventing and treating effect on restenosis and can reduce short-term and long-term incidence of complications of hemorrhage after carotid artery stenosis stenting implantation.%目的 观察补阳还五汤配合小剂量阿司匹林和氯吡格雷防治中老年颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后再狭窄的疗效.方法 将54例颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后患者随机分为2组,治疗组28例予补阳还五汤干预治疗,同时配合口服小剂量阿司匹林和氯吡格雷;对照组26例单纯常规用大剂量阿司匹林、氯吡格雷治疗.2组均治疗6个月,于治疗14d和6个月后观察2组治疗过程中出现的并发症,检测血浆同型半胱氨酸水平(Hcy)及颈动脉彩超.结果 治疗组的并发症少于对照组,支架段血液流速、血管搏动指数及Hcy水平2组比较无显著差异.结论 补阳还五汤配合小剂量西药对防治颈动脉狭窄支架植入术后再狭窄具有较好疗效,同时可降低近远期出血并发症的发生率.
