高校思想政治教育中的“微观”权力运作模式--基于福柯“规训”的视角

This paper presents a “offbeat” mode of ideological and political education in colleges and univer-sities:based on the operation mode of " micro power", Foucault pointed out that the main forms of “disci-pline” of this " micro power operation" unique role in the ideological and political education, through the "discipline" of the ideological and political education is more effective, more easy to accept and more scientific and reasonable. Foucault’s theory provides a new understanding dimension for the ideological and political ed-ucation, which breaks the rigid and actual effect of the conventional ideological and political education.%文章提出高校思想政治教育的一种“另类”模式———基于福柯“微观”权力的运作模式，指出以“规训”这种“微观”权力运作的主要方式在思想政治教育中的独特作用，即通过“规训”使思想政治教育更加有效，更易于接受，更加科学合理。福柯的这种理论为思想政治教育提供了一个新的理解维度，打破了常规思想政治教育死板、实效性差的局面。
