制度变迁理论视域下增强职业教育吸引力的两个维度

摘要

The attraction of vocational education is insufficient that is a universal social problems. Under the perspective of institution change theory ,for improving the attraction of vocational education ,it is necessary to focus on ideology and state institution two dimensions: the first is to construct the vocational education discourse system and strengthen the influence of vocational education ideology;the second is to promote the establishment of relevant vocational education systems and enhance the institutional guarantee for vocational education development.%“职业教育吸引力不强”是一个具有普遍性的社会问题。在制度变迁理论视域下增强职业教育吸引力需要关注意识形态、国家制度两个维度：一是构建职业教育话语体系，增强职业教育意识形态影响力；二是推进职业教育相关制度建设，增强职业教育发展的制度保障力。
