“职业性”在专业学位教育及导师中的缺失研究

         

摘要

With the demand structure of talent changing,the level of vocational education has been pushed for-ward from the low postion to the high,the professional degree education must play an important role in the transforma-tion of vocational education. The essential of professional degree is“professional”. At the same time,the lack of tutor’s professionalism is one of the important reasons which causes a decline in the quality of the professional degree educa-tion. Using competence model can effectively solve problems of tutor selecting standards which are not scientific and talent-post matching issues. Setting up teacher’s professional development center and paying attention to training are also effective ways to promote teacher’s professional development.%人才需求结构变化推动了职业教育层次的高移,专业学位研究生教育作为培养高层次应用型专门人才的重要渠道,必将在职业教育转型中扮演重要角色。专业学位的职业性是其本质属性。同时,导师的职业性缺失是导致专业学位培养质量下滑的重要原因。利用胜任素质模型可以有效解决导师选拔标准不科学、“人岗不匹配”等问题。设立教师专业发展机构,注重导师任职期间的后期培养和开发也是提升导师职业性的有效途径。
