500 A超强功率瞬变电磁仪的设计

         

摘要

巷道内金属锚杆、锚网、大型机电设备等因素影响了瞬变电磁的探测效果,为减小这些干扰因素带来的影响,设计了一种超强功率瞬变电磁仪. 该瞬变电磁仪发射机采用PWM控制器为核心处理单元,能通过MCU微处理器预设电流值,确保瞬变电磁仪发射电流保持恒定;采用恒流源的大功率瞬变电磁发射机,其最大发射电流可达500 A,探测效果显著提高;瞬变电磁仪接收机采用双AD设计,利用FPGA控制两个AD采样器,可实现多次叠加压制噪声干扰,提高探测精度.%The metal rock-bolts, anchor nets, large mechanical and electrical equipment and other factors will affect the detection effect of the transient electromagnetic instrument, for this purpose, a superpower transient electromagnetic instrument was designed in order to reduce the influence of these interference factors. The transmitter of this instrument adopts PWM controller as the core processing unit and can pre-set the current value with MCU microprocessor so as to ensure the transmitting current of the instrument to keep constant. The maximum transmitting current of the high-power transient electromagnetic transmitter with constant current source can reach 500 A, which significantly improvd the detection effect of the instrument;AD design was adopted for the receiver of the transient electromagnetic transmitter, FPGA was used to control two AD samplers, this can realize multiple superimposition, suppress the noise interference and improve the detection accuracy.
