基于工作面顶板巷'一巷两用'的试验及应用

         

摘要

在煤巷掘进过程中为防治煤与瓦斯突出,以及防止工作面回采期间瓦斯超限,采用顶板巷穿层钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯;在工作面回采期间将顶板巷作为高抽巷抽采瓦斯.在恩洪煤矿122908工作面的试验及应用结果表明:顶板巷穿层钻孔可有效消除煤巷掘进工作面突出危险性,瓦斯含量基本控制在8 m3/t以下;掘进进度由平均不足30 m/月提高到平均48 m/月,月进度提高60%;工作面回采期间高抽巷瓦斯抽采浓度为10%~17%,抽采纯量为2.32~3.56 m3/min,上隅角瓦斯浓度在1%以下.通过优化设计,实现了顶板巷"一巷两用"的目的.%In order to prevent coal and gas outburst and the gas overrun in the working face in the development of coal roadway, the roof crossing boreholes were drilled for strip gas pre-drainage in the coal roadway and the roof roadway was taken as the high-location roadway for gas drainage. The test and application results in 122908 working face in Enhong Mine showed that the gas drainage by roof crossing holes can effectively eliminate the outburst hazard in the heading face of coal roadway, and the gas content can be basically controlled below 8 m3/t;the driving footage increased from an average of less than 30 m/month to an average of 48 m/month, the month footage increased by 60%;the gas concentration drained by the high-location roadway during coal mining was 10% to 17%, the gas drainage volume was 2. 32 to 3. 56 m3/min, and the gas concentration at the upper corner angle was below 1%. Through the optimization design, the purpose of"one lane for two uses" of the roof roadway was achieved.
