湿式除尘器优化设计研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems of low dust removal efficiency and low dewatering efficiency of the wet dust collector, in this paper, by taking KCS-180D mine wet dust collector as an example, study was carried out on the influence of the distribution location of the filter unit of the wet dust collector on the dust removal efficiency, the relationship between the layer number of the filter mesh and its resistance and dust interception efficiency, and the relationship between the air speed of the water extractor and its resistance and dewatering efficiency. The optimization design was conducted on the spray unit, filtration unit and dehydration unit of KCS-180D wet dust collector, which made the dewatering efficiency of the dust collector to be up to 99. 3%, its total dust removal efficiency up to 99. 1% and its respirable dust removal efficiency up to 95. 2%.%针对湿式除尘器除尘效率低、脱水效率低的问题,以KCS-180 D矿用湿式除尘器为例,研究了湿式除尘器的过滤单元分布位置对除尘效率的影响,过滤网层数与阻力、粉尘拦截效率的关系,以及脱水器风速与阻力、脱水效率的关系.优化设计了KCS-180 D矿用湿式除尘器的喷雾单元、过滤单元、脱水单元,使该除尘器的脱水效率提高到99.3%、总粉尘除尘效率提高到99.1%、呼吸性粉尘除尘效率提高到95.2%.
