一种具有粉碎和提纯双重功能的超细粉碎设备

摘要

CM51型超细粉碎机设备，在我国非金属矿超细粉碎工艺中 得到广泛应用。通过大量实验研究和生产实践，发现它不仅可以达到对矿物进行超细粉碎的 目的，而且还兼有提纯矿物的作用。从理论上分析了该机粉碎和提纯的机理，并通过对机内 气流运动规律的研究，揭示了该机具有粉碎和提纯双重功能的理论根据。%CM51 extra-fine pulverisers have been widely applied in extra-fi ne crushing of non-metallic ores in China. Experimental investigation and produ c tion practice show that the pulverisers can not only achieve extra-fine crushin g of minerals, but also purify minerals. Thoretically, the author analyses their mechanism of pulverization and purification. Through investigation of moti on law of air-flow in the pulverisers, theoretical basis is revealed for their dual functions——pulverisation and purification.
