宝钢膜纯水处理系统膜污染及其化学清洗探讨

摘要

从分析宝钢纯水膜处理系统原水水质状况入手，结合系统工艺流程及药剂投加状况，推断本系统反渗透膜可能存在的污染，进而选择适合本系统的化学清洗药剂和方法，保证系统的良好运行，对宝钢纯水安全稳定供给作用重大。%Starting with the quality of raw water in Baosteel’s pure water membrane treatment system and in light of the process flow and addition of chemical agents, it was concluded that contamination existed in the reverse osmosis membrane. Then suitable chemi-cal cleaning agents as well as methods were selected to ensure sound operation of the sys-tem, which plays an important role in safe and stable supply of pure water to Baosteel.
