钛与二溴水杨基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵显色反应的研究及其分析应用

         

摘要

3, 5-dibromo-salicylfluorone(DBSF) with titanium can form a binary complex in an acidic solution(H2SO4), its apparent molar absorpt ivity is 4.2×103L*cm-1*mol-1 at 463.8nm. In the presence of cetyltr imethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB), this binary complex can form a ternary complex with apparent molar absorptivity ε537=1.70×105L*cm-1*m ol-1. The sensitiuity of the ternary comphex is 40 times higher than that of binary complex. The optimal condition for the color reaction of Ti( Ⅳ)-DBSF-CTMAB has been studied in detail. The complex can stabilize about five hours.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0-5.0μg/25mL for titanium, and correlation coefficient(r) is 0.9912. The method has been applied to determine trace Ti in steel with satisfactory results.%3,5-二溴水杨基荧光酮(DBSF)易溶于乙醇,此试剂在强 酸性介质中与钛及阳离子表面活性剂形成红紫色三元络合物,λmax537 nm,ε=1.70×105,二元络合物ε463.3=4.2×103, 三元络合物比二元络合物灵敏度提高40倍。本文对Ti-DBSF-CT MAB三元络合物显色条件作了较详细的研究,用此法测定了合金钢中微量钛 ,获得较满意的结果。
