激光烧蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱原位分布分析应用于高强钢焊缝中化学成分与材料性能的相关性探讨

         

摘要

在熔合线附近的合金元素的分布情况及存在形式的改变能改变焊材熔合区性能.实验建立了合金钢中 Al、Ti、Cu、Mo、Ni、Mn等元素含量的激光烧蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)定量分析方法,然后将所建立的方法应用于高强钢焊缝及其附近母材的敏感元素含量的原位分布分析.初步尝试将得出的结论结合物理、力学性能测试结果,探索元素含量分布对焊缝组织性能的影响.研究结果表明,焊缝区域的元素含量与母材稀释作用有关,焊缝中淬透性元素Mn含量的变化会导致焊缝组织性能改变,并与冲击韧性的变化成反比.%T he change of distribution and existence form of alloying elements near fusion line could influence the property of fusion zone of welding material.A quantitative analysis method of Al,Ti,Cu,Mo,Ni and Mn in alloy steel by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)was estab-lished.Then the established method was applied for the original position distribution analysis of sensitive elements in high-strength steel welding joint and its nearby base metal.The conclusion combined with physical and mechanical performance testing results was preliminarily used to explore the influence of ele-mental content distribution on the welding joint structure property.The results showed that the elemental content in welding joint zone was related to the dilution effect of base metal.The content change of harden-ability element(Mn)in welding joint would result in the structure property change of welding joint.More-over,it was inversely proportional to the variation of impact toughness.
