6m3底侧卸式矿车的开发设计及应用

摘要

According to the situation of some middle and large mine using the 4 m and 10 m discharging lorry,6 m bottom-side discharging lorry was developed and designed. Some main design,improved points and operating result were introduced. Lorry steering radius is 25 m/min,and it is suitable for the ore transport in large and medium-sized main mine.%针对大中型矿山采用4 m3和10 m3矿车运输的现状,开发设计了6 m3底侧卸式矿车,有762 mm和900 mm轨距2种型式.介绍了其主要设计及改进要点、运行效果.矿车转向半径25 m/min,适用于大中型矿山主体矿石运输,可适应不同矿山的使用要求.该开发设计已获国家知识产权局专利、国家安全标志,并获第17届全国发明展览会铜奖.
