四川省成都市某县乡镇卫生院公共卫生人员配置分析

         

摘要

Objective: In order to understand the public health human resource of health clinics in towns and townships, and to analyses the relationship between human resource allocation and public health operation condition. Methods: Using the method of the cluster analysis to classify the region, and the logistic regression to find out the public health condition in different regions and the main influence factors of the achievements. Results: The Structure of configuration is more young and the title structure is higher ,the Effect is better. Conclusions: The age structure should be made with more young men ,and it encourage the high-title-man to engaged in the work of public health ,and the government should Enhance the flexibility of system.%目的:了解乡镇卫生院公共卫生运行现状,分析现有人力资源配置与公共卫生运行状况之间的关系.方法:采用聚类分析法和Logistic回归,分析不同类别的地区间公共卫生情况及影响绩效成绩的主要因素.结果:年龄结构中年轻者比重越大,公共卫生绩效越好;职称高者越多,绩效越好.结论:乡镇卫生院应在年龄方面形成老少青多的鸭梨式结构,鼓励职称较高的人员从事公共卫生工作,增强用人机制的灵活性.
