The present invention analyzes a data configuration on the basis of a data use history and selects a data candidate to be handled by a work system. This data configuration analyzing device is characterized by comprising: a storage unit that stores handle data to be handled by processing units which operate an existing work system; and a control unit that selects, from the storage unit, handle data to be handled by processing units which operate a new work system, wherein the control unit selects, from the storage unit, the handle data corresponding to item names and handle attributions of one or more items set for each of the processing units which operates the new work system, on the basis of a handling rule in which the handle data is associated with an item name and a handle attribution of each item set for each of the processing units which operate the existing work system.
