新疆维吾尔自治区某院以卫生部颁布的临床路径为模板,结合该院实际情况,逐步实现路径本士化,并以此研发临床路径管理信息系统,嵌入原有医生工作站中,与HIS系统实现数据共享,对诊疗行为进行实时监控,提高工作效率,促进诊疗行为的系统性、科学性；同时强化变异管理,促进临床路径的优化和实施.与已有HIS系统相比,该系统能有效促进临床路径的本土化、实施和推广,有效规范医疗行为、提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全.%Using the clinical pathway promulgated by the Ministry of Health as the template and comined with the actual conditions in our hospital, we would gradually realize localized clinical pathway and thereby design the clinical pathway management information system, embedding original physician workstation. Thus we can share data with the HIS system,carrying out real-time supervision on diagnosis and treatment behavior, improving work efficiency, promoting the systematic and scientific treatment behavior. It also strengthens variation management and promote the optimization and implemention of clinical pathway. Compared with the existing HIS system, the clinical pathway management information system can effectively promote the localization, implementation and promotion of clinical pathway. Application clinical pathway management information system can effectively standardize medical activities, improve the quality of medical treatment and ensure medical safety.
