Objective:To investigate the relationship between doctors and nurses and to enhance awareness of cooperation and work quality. Methods: Doctors and nurses from several Wuhan large hospitals were investigated using self-designed questionnaires. Result: Cooperative behavior scores of both doctors and nurses are in the medium level, and the difference was statistically significant(PP<0.01).Nurses and doctors are in a harmony relationship and both have a good attitude on health care, but the work of nurses haven't been fully respected; doctors consider that nurses can perform good health care, but have lower scores in role expectations. Factors influencing health care cooperation are cooperate health care aspiration and medical social support. Conclusion: Doctors and nurses need to strengthen cooperation and mutual communication and understanding in order to provide patients with qualified health care services.%目的:调查医生和护士合作关系现状与合作满意度,从而改善医护关系,提高合作意识和工作质量.方法:对武汉市几所大型三甲医院的医生和护理人员进行问卷调查.结果:医护临床合作行为量表得分均处于中等偏上水平,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).护理人员在与医生和谐相处、对医护合作抱有良好态度等方面得分较高,但是在工作能得到尊重方面得分较低.医生在认为护士能够执行医嘱,完成医疗行为等方面得分较高,但是在角色期望方面得分较低.医护合作意愿、医护社会支持是影响医护临床合作行为的因素.结论:医生和护理人员需加强合作,相互沟通理解,为患者提供高质量的医疗护理服务.
