襄阳市某医院健康教育在慢性病患者干预中的效果分析

摘要

目的:分析评价医院慢性病健康教育的效果,为慢性病的健康教育路径做有益探索.方法:选取148名慢性病患者作为研究样本,对其接受健康教育前后的知-信-行情况进行问卷调查和对比分析.结果:医院健康教育能够有效提高慢性病患者的健康卫生知识知晓率,减少其相关行为危险因素,改善其科学饮食方式.结论:健康教育在慢性病防治中具有重要的积极作用,医院在开展慢性病健康教育中具备独特的自身优势,应根据患者不同的自身特点和健康需求选择科学合理的健康教育路径.%Objective: To analyze the effect of hospital health education in patients with chronic diseases and explore useful path of hospital health education on chronic diseases.Methods: Select 148 patients with chronic diseases as study sample, conduct questionnaire survey and comparative analysis on the KAP of patients before and after health education.Results: Hospital health education could effectively increase patients' awareness on hygienic knowledge, reduce relative behavioral risk factors and improve scientific diet pattem.Conclusion: Health education played a important positive role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.Hospitals possessed unique advantage in health education on chronic diseases and should choose scientific and reasonable path of health education based on different characteristics and health demands of patients.
