目的:了解医学生人际交往能力、孤独感与自尊的关系,为促进大学生心理健康教育提供方法和依据.方法:采用分层整群随机抽样的方法对湖北省某医学院16个班级的学生进行问卷调查,问卷包括人际交往能力问卷、情感和社交孤独问卷以及自尊量表.结果:医学生人际交往能力与孤独感与自尊显著相关,人际交往能力与孤独感对自尊有一定的预测作用.结论:提高人际交往能力是增强医学生自尊的有效途径.%Objective;This paper is to identify the iteration among medical students' interpersonal skills, loneliness and self-esteem, and to provide sources and approaches for college psychological education. Methods:Guided by the strategy of stratified random sampling,we hand out questionnaires of Interpersonal Skills, Emotions and Social Loneliness, and Self-esteem Evaluation to 16 classes from a college in Hubei Province. Results:Medical students' interpersonal skills, loneliness and self-esteem are evidently associated. By some means their interpersonal skills and loneliness predict their self-esteem. Conclusion: Ameliorated interpersonal skills play an effective role in building and boosting medical students' self-esteem.
