Reformation in Harvard Medical School's teaching mode of teaching methodology, curriculum system, teaching forms, examination and evaluation, gradually forms a unique "Harvard mode". The paper analyed the problem of Chinese medical education and also puts forward useful enlightenment of the reform of medical education for China: breaking the boundaries of traditional disciplines, integrating the cross-curriculum; paying attention to the quality of medical students' training; implementation modern teaching methods, broaden their own learning space; increase the proportion of the process of assessment, establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system.%美国哈佛医学院通过转变教学理念、创新课程体系、采用多样化教学手段和多种考核方式,逐步形成独具特色的“哈佛模式”.本文在对哈佛医学院教学模式研究的基础上,分析我国医学教育质量滑坡的问题,提出医学院校应打破传统学科界限,整合学科体系、调整课程内容；注重医学生的人文素质培养;充分利用现代化教学手段,拓宽医学生自主学习空间；改革考核方式,完善教学评价体系,以促进我国医学教育的可持续性发展.
