医学院校思想政治教育与医学教育融合发展的思考

摘要

Through comparative study on medical professional education and ideological and political education in our country, we find out that for medical education and ideological and political education, their teaching content is different, and they play different roles in the students'future development.Based on the analysis of differences and their inner links, as well as the necessity of medical education and ideological and political education, we put forward the medical education and ideological and political education integrated developing path, namely changing the concept of medical education from narrowly enclosed medical education to widely open medical education, reforming medical teaching mode from the symbiosis education to the communion education, improving teaching methods, and strengthen the inter -subjectivity interaction between teachers and students.%文章在对医学教育和思想政治教育进行比较的基础上，针对医学教育与思想政治教育二者间的教学内容侧重点和在学生今后发展中的作用不同，系统地分析了二者间的差异与内在联系，并着重探索了医学教育和思想政治教育融合发展的必要性，提出了医学教育与思想政治教育融合发展的路径，即医学院校应转变医学教育观念，从狭隘封闭型的医学教育理念走向宽广开放型的医学教育理念；改革医学教学模式，由共生教育走向共融教育；改进教学方法，强化师生主体间互动等发展路径。
