重庆市某区农村重性精神病患者公共卫生服务利用情况调查

摘要

Objective: To understand the public health projects and the utilization of rural psychosis.Methods: Taking a self-designed "questionnaire on public health service utilization of patients with psychosis ", with a random sample of severe psychiatric patients’ family guardian in 4 district rural townships in Qianjiang, a total of 186 people were investigated.Results: The awareness rate of rural health archives for heavy mental patients was 84.4%, samples who who received health education accounted for 70.4%, and who received free medical examination ac-counted for 70.4%, and received a number of follow -up services accounted for 93.9%.Conclusion: Mental disease public health service is completed, but the quality is not satisfactory.The status that Guardian lakes mental health knowledge still exist.So it is necessary to evaluate effi-ciency of public mental health services in the existing resource conditions.%目的：了解农村重性精神病公共卫生项目开展情况及精神病患者公共卫生服务利用情况。方法：采用自行设计的《精神卫生公共卫生服务利用入户人员调查问卷》，对抽取的重庆市黔江区4个乡镇共186名农村重性精神病患者的监护人进行调查。结果：农村重性精神病患者健康档案建档知晓率达84．4％，接受过健康教育的占70．4％，接受过免费体检的占70．4％，接受过随访服务的占93．9％。结论：精神病公共卫生服务开展的项目较全，质量却不尽人意，监护人精神卫生知识不足。在现有的资源条件下有必要采取措施提高精神卫生公共卫生服务的效率。
