位置信息技术在武汉市某大学附属医院考勤管理中的应用分析

摘要

对武汉市某大学附属医院考勤管理中应用位置信息技术的案例，从项目的实施背景、实现过程、应用优势以及实施建议4个方面进行了深入的分析和探讨。位置信息技术的应用使得医院考勤管理工作不再受到时间和空间的限制，极大提高了考勤管理的灵活性和准确性，为各项人事管理活动提供了更为可靠的依据，也进一步促进了医院管理观念的转变。%Through a case study, we analyzed and discussed the application of Location Based Service in attendance management of a hospi-tal affiliated to a university from four aspects-project background, implementation, advantages and recommendations.The application of Loca-tion Based Service makes the hospital attendance management work free from the time and space constraints, which greatly increases the flexibility and accuracy of the attendance management, provides a more reliable basis for the human resource management, and further promotes a concept transformation of hospital management.
