重庆市区域医疗协同服务管理成效探讨

摘要

The affiliated hospitals of Chongqing Medical University set up the hospital associations, and it has achieved some success in prompting the hospital income growth, speeding up the cultivation of talents, and strengthening the discipline, but there are still some problems, for example, the information has not been shared, two-way referral incentive mechanism has not been established absolutely, and health care pol-icy support is not enough. This article analyzed these problems, and put forward some suggestions, for example, to establish the reasonable two-way referral incentive mechanism, improve the policy of physicians in more hospitals, strengthen the support of health care policy, increase the in-vestment to medical information construction, and so on.%重庆市某医科大学附属医院组建了以该校附属第一医院和第二医院为核心的“医联体”，该举措在促进医疗业务增长、加快人才培养以及加强学科建设等方面取得了一些成效，但仍存在“医联体”内部信息尚未共享、双向转诊动力机制未完全建立、医保政策支持不够等问题。应建立合理的双向转诊动力机制、完善医师多点执业政策、加强医保政策支持、加大对医疗信息化建设的投入。
