中老年男性血清睾酮水平与代谢综合征的相关性

摘要

Nowadays a large numher studies showed that serum testosterone levels were closely related with the development and progression of metabolic syndrome(MS ) in elderly men. More studies ahout the relationships between metabolic syndrome and serum testosterone level were expanded. Serum testosterone levels decline with age , while the prevalence of MS increased. Additionally, an imbalance or disturbance of insulin resistance , ahdominal obesity,hypertension and dyslipidemia is thought to be an important risk factors or in the development of MS. In this paper,the effects of testosterone in the development of MS, the associated risk factors and the relationship between them were reviewed.%目前大量关于代谢综合征(MS)与男性血清睾酮水平之间的关系的研究表明,中老年男性血清睾酮水平与MS的发生发展关系密切.男性血清睾酮水平随着年龄的增长逐渐下降,而MS的患病率随着年龄的增长而增加,人体的血糖升高或胰岛素抵抗、腹型肥胖、高血压、高血脂等是MS形成和发展的重要危险因素.现就近年来关于男性睾酮水平变化与这些危险因素之间关系的研究进展进行综述.
