暴发性心肌炎的治疗进展

Fulminant myocarditis ( FM ) is a clinical accident & emergency, which develops rapidly, often with the symptoms of acute heart failure, serious atahythmia and cardiac arrest. But FM is reversible and has good prognosis if patients can survive the acute period. Common FM treatments include supportive care,antiviral therapy,immunoloregulation,immnunosuppression and mechanical circulatory support therapy. It's important to know the progress in treatment of FM ,which can help patients to live through the acute stage and improve survival rate.%暴发性心肌炎(FM)是临床急症,进展迅速,常很快出现急性心力衰竭、严重心律失常及心脏骤停表现.但该病具有自限性,如患者能度过急性期常预后良好.FM的常用治疗措施包括一般对症支持治疗、抗病毒治疗、免疫调节、抑制治疗及机械循环支持治疗.了解FM的治疗进展对帮助患者度过急性期、提高生存率有重要意义.
