未破裂异位妊娠的早期诊断研究

摘要

异位妊娠(EP)是女性常见的病理妊娠,近年来发病率逐渐上升,严重影响育龄妇女的身心健康及生殖功能.对EP的早期诊断可以最大限度地减少对生殖功能的影响及避免严重的并发症.B型超声检查及妊娠相关血清标志物的检测是主要的早期诊断手段,近年来很多学者为此进行了较多的临床研究及探索.现对近年来这方面的研究进行综述.%Ectopic pregnancy( EP ) is a common pathological pregnancy with a gradually rising incidence rate in recent years, seriously affecting the physical and mental health and reproductive functions of women of childbearing age.The early diagnosis of EP can minimize the influence of reproductive function and avoid serious complications.Type B ultrasound examination and the pregnancy related serum marker detection are the main early diagnosis methods; many scholars have made a great deal of effort in clinical research and exploration in recent years.Here is to review the recent studies.
