CCR2-64I在中国29个民族群体中的分布情况分析

The purpose of the work is to investigate the frequencies and polymorphisms of HIV-1 resistant CCR2-64I alleles in Chinese populations. The frequencies of CCR2-64I allele have variance in different ethnic group and areas, but have not tendentious change. Most of all are significant higher than American and Caucasian, close to American Negro and Spanish and lower than Asian. A part of study result has problem in reliability.%通过对已有研究结果的检索,调查HIV-1感染相关等位基因CCR2-64I在我国人群中的频率和多态性分布.通过对检索结果的汇总发现,CCR2-64I在中国29个民族群体中的分布存在种族和地域差异,不存在明显地域上的趋势性变化,多数民族突变频率明显高于美国白人和高加索人,与美国黑人和西班牙人比较接近,但多数明显低于亚洲黄种人水平.部分研究结果可靠性较差.
