神经节苷脂对急性脑出血患者神经元特异性烯醇化酶的影响

     

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of ganglioside on neuron-specific enolase( NSE )in blood serum of cerebral hemorrhage patients and its influence on patient's condition and the value of prognosis.Methods 60 cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into 2 groups,30 patients in the treatment group were administered intravenous drip 60 ~ 100 mg ganglioside based on the basic treatments for 15 days continuously; 30 patients in the control group were administered basic treatments. The NSE in blood serum of the two groups were detected before treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment respectively; meanwhile, the NIHSS and their daily life activity level were scored pre-therapy,two weeks post-therapy and 3 months posttherapy, and were compared separately. Results Compared to the control group, there was obvious difference in the treatment group on NIHSS and their daily life score and activity level( P < 0.05 ) two weeks and 3 months post-therapy, and the NSE level of the treatment group decreased more obviously( P < 0.05 )than the control group. Conclusion Ganglioside has the function of protecting the nerves and improving the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage,its mechanism may have something to do with NSE level decreasing.%目的探讨神经节苷脂(GM-1)对急性脑出血患者血清神经元特异性醇纯化酶(NSE)的影响及其对病情的影响及预后价值.方法急性脑出血患者60例分成2组,治疗组30例在基础治疗上加用神经节苷脂60 ~100 mg静脉滴注,连用15 d;对照组给予基础治疗.治疗前及治疗后1周、2周分别对NSE进行检测,同时治疗前、治疗后2周及3个月对两组患者神经功能缺损程度及日常生活活动量评分,并分别进行比较.结果治疗组与对照组相比,治疗后2周及3个月后神经功能缺损程度评分、日常生活活动量评分均较对照组改善更为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),且NSE水平治疗组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05).结论神经节苷脂治疗具有保护神经,改善脑出血预后的作用,其机制可能与下调神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平有关.
