周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口在再次剖宫产中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the application of the uterine incision of Zhou Ji-jie cesarean section in repeat cesarean section( RCS ).Methods 100 cases of RCS were divided into two groups: in the observation group uterine incision of Zhou Ji-jie cesarean section was used; in the control group,the conventional uterine incision was used.The operating time, bleeding during operation, postoperative exhaust situation, time from surgery start to childbirth,and the rate of neonatal suffocation etc.were compared.Results The operating time, bleeding during operation, childbirth time of the observation group were obviously lower than that of the control group; lower rate of neonatal suffocation and faster postoperative exhaust were seen in the observation group as well.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The RCS by uterine incision of Zhou Ji-jie cesarean section is with the features of shorter operating time, less bleeding, less complications ,faster recovery and lower risk of incision tear due to the higher position of the uterine incision, which is worth of popularization.%目的 评价周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口在再次剖宫产(RCS)中的应用价值.方法 将100例RCS产妇分为两组,观察组采用周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口,对照组取原子宫切口附近横切口,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气情况和手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、新生儿窒息率等.结果 观察组手术时间、术中出血量、胎儿娩出时间均明显低于对照组,新生儿窒息发生率低,患者术后排气快,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05).结论 RCS采用周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口,因切口高不易引起子宫切口撕裂,手术时间短,术中出血量少,并发症少,患者术后恢复快,值得推广.
