186例原发性肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞术后并发症分析

摘要

Objective To analyse the causes of postoperative complications in 186 patients with primary liver cancer by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization ( TACE ). Methods From 2001 to 2010,the data of 186 patients with primary liver cancer in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results 186 patients with primary liver cancer patients with complications after TACE,in 85 cases of fever,78 cases of nausea and vomiting in 48 cases,6 cases of hiccups, and acute cholecystitis in 5 cases,3 cases of left upper abdominal pain,liver damage in 93 cases, renal function damage in 11 cases, arrhythmia in 9 cases,upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 2 cases, 15 cases of bone marrow suppression. Conclusion Selection and use of chemotherapy dose-related,reasonable choice of surgical patients, and improve relevant examination before surgery, to take active preventive measures to avoid or reduce complications.%目的 分析186例原发性肝癌经肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后并发症发生的原因.方法 回顾性分析2001～2010年我院用TACE术治疗186例原发性肝癌的临床资料.结果 186例原发性肝癌患者行TACE术后并发症有:发热85例,恶心78例,呕吐48例,呃逆6例,急性胆囊炎5例,左上腹疼痛3例,肝功能损害93例,肾功能损害11例,心律失常9例,上消化道出血2例,骨髓抑制15例.结论 TACE术治疗原发性肝癌并发症的发生率与术前肝硬化分级、化疗药物选择和使用剂量有关,合理选择手术患者,完善术前相关检查,采取积极预防措施,可避免或减少并发症的发生.
