丙型病毒性肝炎后肝硬化中医药治疗近况

摘要

丙型病毒性肝炎慢性化及肝硬化比率较高.近年来中医药对丙型病毒性肝炎后肝硬化病因病机及辨证施治特点的认识、专方专药治疗效果及配合抗病毒治疗方面取得一定的进展.应用中医辨证施治方法对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎后肝硬化进行治疗,中医药对抑制肝纤维化进展及辅助失代偿期肝硬化的抗病毒治疗,有利于提高临床疗效.%It's higher ratio of viral hepatitis type C and cirrhosis.
