抗肠道病毒71型药物研究进展

摘要

肠道病毒71型(EV71)是引起手足口病的主要病原体,并且EV71引起的神经系统并发症所造成的危害也越来越引起人们的重视.但是迄今尚无有效的EV71疫苗和特效抗EV71药物.目前,国内外针对EV71复制周期不同靶点的抗病毒药物研究取得了一定的突破.现将受体阻断剂、病毒衣壳结合剂、蛋白酶抑制剂、3DRNA多聚酶抑制剂、利巴韦林、RNA干扰技术以及中药等抗EV71的研究进展进行综述.%EV71 is the main etiological agent of hand , foot and mouth disease( HFMD ) , people pay more and more attention on the harm of EV71 caused neurological complications. But there are still lacking of effective EV71 vaccine and anti-EV71 drug. Currently,domestic and overseas research group have achieved some breakthrough progress on anti-EV71 drug research which target different site of viral replication cycle.This article reviewed recent studies of research progress on anti-EV71 agents which based on various molecular targets. Including receptor inhibitors , vial capsid-binding molecules , 3C protease inhibitor , 3 D RNA polymerase inhibitor , ribavirin, RNA interference and traditional Chinese medcine.
