目的 检测蒙古族原发性高血压(EH)人群中β2肾上腺素能受体基因Gln27/Glu多态性,探讨其与蒙古族人群EH和其他心血管病危险因素的关系.方法 选择蒙古族EH患者105例为观察组,另外选取蒙古族健康体检者102例为对照组,通过聚合酶链反应确定基因型,并测定所有患者的体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压/舒张压、空腹血糖、尿酸等.结果 EH组和对照组Gln27/Glu多态性的基因型频率和等位基因频率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),Gln27/Glu基因型个体的BMI显著高于Gln27/Gln基因型个体(P＜0.05),三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、空腹血糖等在三种基因型之间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 Gln27/Glu基因可能不是蒙古族EH的易患基因,该基因突变可能与肥胖有关.%Objective To study essential hypertension β-adrenergic rereptor( ADRB2 )gene Cln27/ Clu polymoiphism in Mongolian population, to test the hypothesis that polymorphism in the ADRB2 sene Cln27/Clu is associated with essential hypeitension( EH ) and other cardiovascular disease risk factors in Mongolian population. Methods 105 cases( observation group )of Mongolian patients with EH and 102 cases ( control group )of normal Mongolian were enrolled in this study. Targeted genotypes were determined by poly-merase chain reaction, and subjects were measured body mass index( BMI), lasting triglyceride( TC ), total cholesteioK TC ),low-density lipopiotein cholesteioK LDL-C ), and systolic/diastolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,and uric acid. Results Gln27/Glu polymoiphism senotypic and allele frequencies were not significantly different between the EH group and the control group(P ＞0. 05 ). BMI in individuals with Gln27/Glu genotype was significantly higher than the individuals with Gln27/Gln genotypes( P ＜ 0. 05 ). And tiiglycei-ides,total cholesterol,low-density lipopiotein cholesterol,uric acid, fasting blood glucosewere no significant differences between the two genotypes( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Gln27/Glu gene may not be the Mongolian essential hypertension susceptibility sene,the mutation of which may be associated with obesity.
