乳腺癌的超声诊断现状及新技术应用进展

摘要

近年来,乳腺肿瘤的发病率呈逐年上升趋势.乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断对其治疗及预后十分重要.随着现代影像技术的发展,超声检查已成为乳腺癌诊断的主要手段.二维灰阶超声结合多普勒超声、超声造影、三维超声、超声弹性成像、超声光散射成像以及SonoCT等新技术显著提高了乳腺癌的诊断准确率.现就这些检查方法及其他新技术的应用进展作一简要概述.%The incidence oi breast tumors has been in a yearly glowing uptiendierently. Breast ranrer is one oi the most common malignant tumors in women, the detection in the early-stage oi which is critical to the treatment and prognosis. With the development oi modern imaging techniques,ultrasound has become a major means oi breast cancer diagnosis. The combination oi grey-scale ultrasonography with new technologies such as Dopplei imaging,contrast-enhanced ultiasonogiphy,three-dimensional ultrasonogrphy,elastomography,diffuse optical imaging and,and SonoCT,has signiiicantly improved the breast cancel' diagnosis accuracy. Here is to make a brief review on the applications oi these methods and other new techniques in diagnosis oi breast cancer.
