全基因组关联研究在冠心病遗传学中的应用进展

摘要

Genetic factors are important parts of pathogenesis in coronary heart disease( CHD ). Genome-wide association study strategy allows the research development of coronary heart disease in exploring the pathogenesis of genetic factors and has tremendous value. With the development of epidemiology, it has become a significant method in genome-wide association study by combining epidemiology with genetics. Here is to make a review on the important progresses in China and worldwide in recent years and discuss the existing problems and show an outlook to future study direction.%冠心病的遗传因素研究是发病机制研究的重要组成部分,全基因组关联研究策略的发展使得其在探究冠心病的遗传因素及发病机制上具有巨大的价值,随着流行病学的进一步发展及应用,将遗传学和流行病学的研究设计方法相结合,已成为目前全基因组关联研究策略的重要方法.在此对近年国内外该方面的研究进展进行归纳总结,探讨存在的问题,并对未来发展趋势作一展望.
