乳酸与骨骼肌运动性疲劳关系的研究进展

     

摘要

The traditional view is that the accumulation of lactic acid is the main reason for exerciseinducedfatigue in skeletal muscle.However,more and more evidences show that the harmful effects of lacticacid in muscle contraction force is not that bad in recent years.Instead,it is good for muscle contraction,easing the fatigue in skeletal muscle due to the increasing of extracellular fluid K +.Not only the H +,butalso other factors(Na + and K +) participate in the process of skeletal muscle fatigue.The accumulation oflactic acid could not cause the fatigue.Instead,the appropriate levels of lactic acid produced may be involvedin the dynamic-balance regulating process of hydrogen ions and sodium-potassium(Na +-K +) pump,whichmeans that the appropriate levels of lactic acid in skeletal muscle fatigue plays an antagonistic role.%传统观点认为乳酸堆积是骨骼肌运动性疲劳的主要原因。但近些年越来越多的证据表明,乳酸的产生对肌肉收缩力的有害影响并不大,反而有利于肌肉的收缩,缓和了因细胞外液 K +升高导致的骨骼肌疲劳。骨骼肌疲劳是除了H +之外还有其他因素( Na +和 K +)参与的过程,单纯的乳酸堆积并不会导致疲劳。相反,运动中产生的适宜水平的乳酸可能参与氢离子和钠-钾泵之间的动态平衡调节过程,即适当水平的乳酸对骨骼肌的疲劳起着拮抗的作用。
