钙磷代谢对心血管疾病影响的研究进展

摘要

Serum calcium and phosphorus in serum play an important role in many physiological processes ,and cardio-vascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide .Moreover,low serum calcium level and high serum phosphorus level may be related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease in the population of end -stage renal dis-ease, chronic kidney disease and general population .These correlations are mainly manifested in the high mortality , the degree of vascular calcification and the change of cardiac structure .Because the treatment of the disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in chronic renal patients is not ideal ,clinicians should pay attention to the effects of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder on cardiovascular diseases .Active treatment of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder has great clinical significance for improving the prognosis of patients with chronic kidney disease .%血清钙和血清磷对许多生理过程均发挥重要作用,而心血管疾病是世界范围内死亡的主要原因,且终末期肾病、慢性肾脏病和普通人群中低血清钙水平和高血清磷水平亦可能与心血管疾病的发生发展有关,这些相关性主要表现为该类患者病死率高、血管钙化程度重及心脏结构的改变.由于慢性肾脏病患者钙磷代谢紊乱的治疗效果欠佳,因此临床医师应关注钙磷代谢紊乱对心血管疾病的影响,积极治疗钙磷代谢紊乱对于改善慢性肾脏病患者的预后有重要临床意义.
