目的 探讨血栓通注射液对治疗脑血栓形成患者的临床疗效及对患者远期生活质量的影响.方法 将120例脑血栓形成患者根据治疗方法的不同随机分为血栓通治疗组(Ⅰ组)、复方丹参治疗组(Ⅱ组)及常规西药治疗组(Ⅲ组),每组各40例.比较三种治疗方法的可行性及3组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、血液流变学变化及临床神经功能缺损程度(NDS)的改善情况.结果 Ⅰ组全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞比客、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白等实验室检查生化指标及血液流变学指标治疗前后较之其它两组都有显著改善(P＜0.05),Ⅰ组治疗后的总有效率为97.5％,显著高于Ⅱ组(82.5％)和Ⅲ组(77.5％),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 血栓通注射液能有效地改善脑血栓形成患者的血液流变学,降低血黏度,促进患者神经功能恢复,有效改善患者预后和提高患者生活质量.%Objective To discuss Xueshuantong Injection on the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis in patients with the clinics! curative effect and long-term life quality. Methods 120 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients according to different methods for treatment were randomly divided into Xueshuantong treatment group ( group I ). compound Danshen treatment group ( Group II ) and pure western medicine treatment group C Group Ⅲ). each group of 40 cases. The adverse reactions occur, hemorheological changes and clinical neural function defect ( NDS ) were observed. Results The results of the Group I's whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity group, hematocrit, total cholesterol, tri-glyceride, low density lipoprotein, laboratory examination and biochemical indices and blood rheology indexes before and after treatment improved significantly compared with thai of the other two groups(P<0. 05 ). The total effective rate of Groupl was 97.5%. significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ(82.5%) and group IB (77.5%), (P<0. 05 ). The clinical effect of Group I is better than that of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. Conclusion Xueshuantong injection can effectively improve cerebral thrombosis in patients with blood rheology, reduce blood viscosity, promote the recovery of neurological function in patients, effectively improve the prognosis and the quality of life of patients.
