坐骨神经区带状疱疹误诊为腰椎间盘突出症11例分析

摘要

目的 探讨坐骨神经区带状疱疹误诊为腰椎间盘突出症的原因.方法 回顾性分析被误诊为腰椎间盘突出症的坐骨神经区带状疱疹11例,总结其临床特点,探讨误诊原因.结果 所有患者入院后经常规保守治疗无效,皮疹出现后分别得以确诊与正确的治疗.结论 对坐骨神经区带状疱疹要有足够的认识,不能只注重影像学检查而忽视临床症状,临床诊断要遵循症状、体征和影像学有机结合的原则才能避免误诊误治.%Objective To analyze the reason for sacral herpes zoster be misdiagnosed as Lumbar disc herniation.Methods 11 cases of the Sacral herpes zoster misdiagnosed Lumbar disc herniation were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical characteristics were summarized and the cause of misdiagnosing were explored.Results All of the patients were invalid with conventional and conservative treatment and the corrct diagnosis and treatment were done after skin eruption.Conclusion Inadequate understanding of sacral herpes zoster,violating the diagnosis principle of combination clinical manifestation,signs and imaging study and oevrlooking the clinical manifestation and signs were the main misdiagnosis cause.
