目的：探讨中西医结合治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）后胃肠型植物神经功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法将2010年3月~2011年12月43例 LC 后胃肠型植物神经功能紊乱的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组21例采用西医常规治疗，治疗组22例在西医治疗的基础上加中医辨证治疗。结果治疗组有效21例（95.5％），对照组有效13例（61.9％），治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P ﹤0.01）。结论中西医结合治疗能有效改善 LC 后胃肠型植物神经功能紊乱状态，疗效满意，可进一步推广应用。%Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)and western medicine on vegetative nerve functional disturbance of gastrointestinal type after laparoscopic cholecystectomy( LC). Methods 43 cases with vegetative nerve functional disturbance of gastrointestinal type after LC in the period from March,2010 to Dec. ,2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups:therapy group(n = 22)and control group(n = 21);routine therapy of western medicine was applied to cases in both groups,while TCM was added to cases in therapy group. Results The effective rate in therapy group was 95. 5%(21 / 22)and that in control group was 61. 9%(13 / 21);the curative effect in therapy group was obviously superior to that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusions The combined treatment of TCM and western medicine makes great improvement in treatment of patients with vegetative nerve functional disturbance of gastrointestinal type after LC,the effect is satisfactory;it is worthy of wider clinical application.
