目的：分析居住在养老院的老人躯体状况。方法：现居住在延吉市养老院的60岁及以上的310名老人,在慢性病,生活自理能力等方面进行问卷调查和病案资料分析。结果：老人中70~79岁占27.42%,80岁以上占66.13%,慢性疾病患病率99.5%,患病率前6位分别是高血压占74.52%,脑血管病占67.74%,冠心病占59.03%,糖尿病占44.52%,痴呆症占28.39%,骨折占1.29%。同时患2种疾病的占41.29%,患3种疾病的占44.52%,生活部分自理和完全不能自理各占12.9%和25.16%。结论：养老院居住的老人,躯体慢性疾病患病率高,年龄越大患疾病种类越多,部分存在精神行为异常和生活不能自理。%Objective:To analyze body conditions for old people in a nursing home. Methods:310 old people with 60 years old and above in Yanji nursing home were collected. A questionnaire including chronic diseases and life self-care ability were designed to investigated them and the medical record data were also analyzed. Results: The old people with 70 ~79 years old accounted for 27. 42%, and those with 80 year old accounted for 66. 13%. The prevalence rate of the chronic diseases was 99. 5%, and the first six were hypertension (74. 52%), cerebrovascular disease (67. 74%), coronary heart disease (59. 03%), diabetes (44. 52%), de-mentia (28. 39%), and fractures (1. 29%). The cases with 2 diseases at the same time accounted for 41. 29% whereas those with three diseases at the same time accounted for 44. 52%. There were 12. 9% and 25. 16% of the cases with part and no life self-care a-bility. Conclusions:For the old people in the nursing home, the prevalence rate of chronic diseases is high. The older the patients are, the more the serious disease are. Moreover, a part of them can not take care of themselves and have abnormal mental behavior.
