使用体质分析与指导系统促进学龄前儿童体质的探讨

         

摘要

目的:探讨使用体质分析与指导系统对促进学龄前儿童体质与运动能力的作用。方法:对本地区23所城区幼儿园学龄前儿童连续3年进行体质分析与指导,共5686人次,测量身高、体重、10 m折返跑、立定跳远、网球掷远、双脚连续跳、坐位体前屈、走平衡木8个项目,按照结果给予个体化运动指导方案。结果:总体优秀率逐年上升,不合格率逐年下降;选取一年龄组连续3年纵向分析,男女子组优秀率均逐年上升,不合格率逐年下降。结论:体质分析与指导系统能够促进学龄前儿童体质与运动能力的发展。%To discuss the effect of physical analysis and guidance system for promoting preschool children's physical and sports ability. Method:5686 children from 23 kindergartens in urban area were observed for three years in a row.Indicators included height,weight,10m shuttle run,standing long jump,tennis throwing away, connective jump with feet,sit and reach,and taking the balance beam.Individual guidance were given according to the analysis results. Result:The overall excellent rate increased year by year,the unqualified rate decreased year by year. One age group was selected for longitudinal analysis. The excellent rate increased for both Boys’and girls’groups,while the unqualified rate decreased. Conclusion:The system constitution analysis and guidance can promote the physical fitness and motor ability of preschool children.
