鹿瓜多肽治疗90例临床骨折疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection promote fracture healing. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into clinical fractures into 2 groups, the observation group was given the Lugua polypeptide injection therapy, 15 days are 1 treatment course, after 3 courses, the healing time of fracture as the indexes for evaluation. Results All the 90 patients were followed up, the mean fol ow-up of 10.5 months, fracture healing time, the control group was 10.6 weeks (7~12 weeks), the observation group draw 8.4 weeks (6~10 weeks), with significant dif erence ( <0.05) data. Conclusion Lugua polypeptide in has a significant ef ect on promoting fracture healing, limb swel ing and can significantly shorten the healing time of fracture, beneficial to fracture restoration.%目的探讨鹿瓜多肽注射液促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法将90例临床骨折的患者随机分为2组，观察组给予鹿瓜多肽注射治疗，15d为1个疗程，连用3个疗程，以骨折愈合时间为疗效评价指标。结果90例患者均进行随访，平均随访10.5个月，骨折愈合时间，对照组平均10.6w（7~12w），观察组平局8.4w（6~10w），数据差异有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论鹿瓜多肽在促进骨折愈合方面有显著疗效，能够明显缩短肢体肿胀和骨折愈合时间，有利于骨折恢复。
