新型太阳能农药喷洒车的研究与设计

         

摘要

Aiming at problems existing in pesticide-spraying process nowadays, such as high labor intensity, low efficiency, and poor spraying quality, a new type of solar pesticide-spraying cart is designed in this paper.The cart is composed of the chassis running system, the liquor compression system, the sprinkler, the solar power system and the sensor system.This cart could finish the pesticide configuration, mixing, and spraying procedures all in one, and it could spray pesticide widely and e-venly, has high degree of automation and easy operation, meanwhile, it could adjust the height and width of spray beam ac-cording to the different conditions of crops and region.The new solar pesticide-spraying cart is smaller, easily operated and efficient, and would have good application prospect.%针对目前农药喷洒作业过程中存在的劳动强度大、效率低、喷洒质量差等问题,自行设计了一种新型太阳能农药喷洒车。该车主要由底盘行走系统、药液加压系统、喷洒装置、太阳能发电系统和传感器系统等组成。该喷洒车集农药配置、混合、喷洒于一体,自动化程度高,操作方便,喷洒范围广洒液均匀,同时可以根据农作物和地域的不同调节喷竿的高度和宽度。该小车体积较小、操作方便、工作效率高,具有良好的应用前景。
