长江航标船移动配载装置安全保护系统研究

         

摘要

Beacon vessel in Changjiang waterway system mostly has mobile loading device to keep vessel balance in lifting process. But in-service use, it is found that the device is depending on the self-locking of the drive motor to realize braking function, and the braking force is limited. That may cause the rack slippage. Even loading box capsizes in the circumstance of strong wind and wave, which is very dangerous. An independent protection system is designed in this paper, which works with mobile loading device simultaneously. The protection system can provide the static and dynamic protection, which guarantees the mobile loading device working safely, steadily and reliably.%长江航道系统的航标船大多装有移动配载装置,其目的是保持船舶在起重过程中的平衡,但在使用过程中发现该装置的刹车制动是靠行走驱动电机的自锁来完成,其制动力很小。在恶劣的风浪条件下可能会造成齿条的跳齿,滑移甚至配载箱倾覆等现象,存在着严重安全隐患。研究设计了一套独立的安全保护系统,跟随移动配载装置同时工作,对其实现静、动态的保护,保证了移动配载装置安全、稳定、可靠地工作。
