谈电梯制动器的检测及安全分析

摘要

Brake is a key safety part for elevator,which safety performance is directly determined by the quality of brake. If the brake’s brake resistance is not enough,or the brake is forced open,there will be a problem of driving sliding. In these cases,the elevator is danger and can not run normally. Based on the detailed analysis of a driving sliding case,this paper studies the factors of brake fade,and puts forward a method of how to effectively inspect the elevator brake.%　　制动器是保证电梯的安全运行重要安全部件，其质量好坏直接影响电梯的安全性能。在日常使用电梯过程中，有时会发生电梯溜车的突发情况。而造成溜车的主要原因则是因为电梯制动器的制动力不足或者存在附加的松闸的力。制动器一旦发生故障，电梯将存在严重安全隐患而无法正常运行。通过对一宗电梯溜车案例的详细分析，剖析造成电梯制动器失效的因素，并在此基础下提出解决这种现象的有效措施及电梯制动器的检测方法，以保障电梯的安全运行。
